Dear Sirs,

When filling out, pay attention to the accuracy of the data. If you made a mistake entering the data, correct it manually. Write the date of submission on the application in your own hand and sign on the other side of the application (under numbers 26 and 27).

Please attach the following documents to your application:

• A new employment contractthat must be signed. Most Administrative Units accept a copy of the contract
• Proof of appropriate education or meeting other conditions required by the employer. If your employer hires you for the same job where no additional skills are required compared to your previous job, then you can omit this attachment.
• Declaration Statement (referred to as "Annex«). The declaration must be completed by the employer.

Other side dishes:

• Payment of an administrative fee.The administrative unit will provide you with payment details.
• If you do not remain employed by your first employer at the time of obtaining a new permit, you must arrange commercial insurance with a selected insurance company in Slovenia with a minimum sum insured of at least €30,000. 

Important information::

• If your existing residence permit is about to expire, it may happen that the Administrative Unit will also manage the process of renewing your permit together with the change of employer. In this case, all other attachments are required, which will be requested by the competent Administrative Unit.

The application can be submitted at any Administrative Unit in Slovenia. You can submit your application and attachments in one of the following ways:

• Physically by mail
• in person at the competent Administrative Unit.
