APPLICATION Request to change employer

This application is intended for those who have an information sheet tied to a specific employer and for a specific job position. When changing employers, the new employer must employ you in the same job position as you were employed by the previous employer. However, new employment with the new employer can only occur after you have received a new residence permit and a new information sheet. Until then, you can be employed by the old employer.
