Issuance of the first permit under the agreement between Slovenia and BiH or Serbia
Issuing an authorisation on the basis of an agreement between the Republic of Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina or the Republic of Serbia.

Renewal of a permit under an agreement between Slovenia and BiH or Serbia
Work permit issued on the basis of Agreement, can be extended for a period of up to 3 years.
It is important that you make arrangements for the renewal process on time, as it is the validity of the residence permit is directly linked to the validity of the work permit, issued under the Agreement. If your permit is not renewed on time, this may also affect your legal residence status in Slovenia.
It is also necessary to pay administrative fee with the Employment Service, which amounts to 74,50 € (fees are not included in the price of the service).
Information sheet
Third-country nationals who do not meet the conditions for authorisation under the Agreement, to work in Slovenia, as a rule information sheet. Personal information sheet
In certain cases, the foreigner may be able to obtain an information sheet that is no longer linked to the employer (the so-called Personal Information Sheet).
The most common condition for obtaining it is that the foreigner have been continuously employed in Slovenia for at least two years, but there may be other statutory grounds.
Special cases
Family members, students and other persons who have resided in Slovenia on other grounds (not employment), may, subject to eligibility work residence permit, and thus, as a rule information sheet.
Important
You must collect the information sheet or work permit from the Administrative Unit when you collect your residence permit. If the alien has already been issued personal information sheet, it must be renewal of your residence permit or at taking up a new card carry it with you, as it is usually stamped at the administrative unit new stamp.
