As this is a procedure that requires the involvement of your employer, we provide this service only with representation. <strong>This procedure is for people who already have a potential employer.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"483\">Factsheet:<\/p><ul data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"604\"><li data-start=\"484\" data-end=\"509\"><p data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"509\"><strong data-start=\"486\" data-end=\"506\">is not renewed<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"555\"><p data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"555\">is <strong data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"552\">linked to a residence permit<\/strong>,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"604\"><p data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"604\">and is usually also <strong data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"603\">linked to the employer<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"726\">This is usually the case <strong data-start=\"621\" data-end=\"665\">the same length as the residence permit<\/strong>, and you will receive it <strong data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"725\">when collecting the permit from the Administrative Unit<\/strong>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"731\" \/><h3 data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"761\">Personal information sheet<\/h3><p data-start=\"762\" data-end=\"890\">In certain cases, the foreigner may be able to obtain <strong data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"856\">an information sheet that is no longer linked to the employer<\/strong> (the so-called Personal Information Sheet).<\/p><p data-start=\"892\" data-end=\"1065\">The most common condition for obtaining it is that the foreigner <strong data-start=\"950\" data-end=\"1007\">have been continuously employed in Slovenia for at least two years<\/strong>, but there may be other statutory grounds.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1070\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1091\">Special cases<\/h3><p data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1336\">Family members, students and other persons who have resided in Slovenia <strong data-start=\"1162\" data-end=\"1209\">on other grounds (not employment)<\/strong>, may, subject to eligibility <strong data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1288\">work residence permit<\/strong>, and thus, as a rule <strong data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1335\">information sheet<\/strong>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1341\" \/><h3 data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1355\">Important<\/h3><p data-start=\"1356\" data-end=\"1571\">You must collect the information sheet or work permit from the Administrative Unit when you collect your residence permit.
